These terms apply to your use of the Nature Relic website and to any order you place with us. By using this website or placing an order, you accept these terms.

1. About us

This website is operated by Nature Relic, based in Bahawalpur, Pakistan. Where these terms say "we", "us" or "our", they mean Nature Relic.

2. Products and descriptions

We describe our products as accurately as we can, and we list the ingredients of every product on its page. Photographs are for illustration — because our products are made in small batches from natural ingredients, colour and texture can vary slightly from batch to batch.

Our products are foods, not medicines. Nothing on this website is medical advice or a claim to treat, cure or prevent any illness. If you have an allergy, a medical condition, are pregnant, or are buying for a young child, read the ingredient list and speak to a qualified doctor before use.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges are added at checkout and shown before you confirm. We may change prices at any time, but a change will never affect an order you have already placed.

Cash on Delivery is available inside Pakistan. We may decline Cash on Delivery for an address that has previously refused parcels.

4. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm your order. We may refuse or cancel an order if the product is out of stock, if there has been a pricing or description error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund you in full.

5. Delivery and returns

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy and returns by our Refund & Return Policy. Both form part of these terms.

6. Your account and information

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your password safe and for activity under your account. You agree that the information you give us — especially your delivery address and phone number — is accurate and complete. How we handle your personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose, not to attempt to damage or gain unauthorised access to it, and not to copy or resell our content or products without our written permission.

8. Intellectual property

The Nature Relic name, logo, product photography, text and design on this website belong to us and may not be used without our written permission.

9. Reviews and submissions

If you send us a review, photograph or comment, you allow us to use it on our website and social media. We may remove anything that is offensive, false or unlawful.

10. Our responsibility

We take care over our products and this website, but we do not accept liability for loss that we could not reasonably have foreseen. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where the law does not allow it to be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown on this page at the time you place an order is the one that applies to that order.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and the courts of Pakistan have jurisdiction over any dispute.
