Shipping Policy

This policy explains how, when and where we deliver your Nature Relic order.

Processing time

Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 working days. We do not dispatch on Sundays or public holidays. During sales or festive periods it can take a little longer, and we will tell you if that happens.

Delivery inside Pakistan

  • Delivery charge: flat PKR 280 on every order, anywhere in Pakistan
  • Delivery time: usually 2–5 working days after dispatch
  • Cash on Delivery: available nationwide — pay the courier when the parcel arrives

Remote areas and small towns can take a few days longer than large cities.

International delivery

  • Delivery charge: flat PKR 1,000
  • Delivery time: usually 7–21 working days after dispatch, depending on the country and customs
  • Countries: we currently ship to the UAE, UK, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Israel and much of Europe. Enter your address at checkout to confirm we deliver to you.

Any customs duties, import taxes or clearance fees charged by your country are your responsibility and are not included in what you pay us. Cash on Delivery is not available on international orders.

Tracking your order

Once your parcel is dispatched we send the tracking details to the email address and phone number on your order. If you have not received them within three working days of ordering, message us on WhatsApp and we will check.

Please check your address

Make sure your address and mobile number are complete and correct at checkout. Couriers in Pakistan almost always call before delivering, so a reachable number matters. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong or nobody could be reached, we will contact you to arrange redelivery, which will carry a new delivery charge.

Delays outside our control

Once a parcel is with the courier, the delivery time is in their hands. Weather, strikes, political situations and customs checks can all cause delays. We will always help you chase a late parcel — just message us.
