Ordering

How do I place an order?

Open the product you want, choose the size, and press Order Now to go straight to checkout. You can also press Add to cart if you want to order more than one product together. If you would rather order by message, press Order on WhatsApp on any product page and we will take the order there.

Do I need an account to order?

No. You can check out as a guest with just your name, address and phone number.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, if it has not been dispatched yet. Message us on WhatsApp at 0324 3256603 as soon as possible with your order number and we will do our best.

Payment

Do you offer Cash on Delivery?

Yes. Cash on Delivery is available all over Pakistan — you pay the courier when your parcel arrives.

What currency are prices in?

All prices on the site are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

Delivery

How much is delivery?

Delivery inside Pakistan is a flat PKR 280. International delivery is a flat PKR 1,000. The exact charge is always shown at checkout before you confirm.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days. Inside Pakistan, delivery normally takes 2–5 working days depending on your city. Remote areas can take a little longer.

Do you deliver outside Pakistan?

Yes, we ship to a number of countries including the UAE, UK, USA, Canada, Australia and across Europe. Enter your address at checkout to see if we deliver to you.

Products

How should I store the products?

Keep the jar tightly closed in a cool, dry place and away from direct sunlight. Always use a clean, dry spoon. Because we do not add preservatives, moisture is the main thing to protect against.

Are there any preservatives or artificial ingredients?

No. Our products are made from natural ingredients with no preservatives, no fillers, and no artificial colours or flavours. The full ingredient list for each product is on its product page.

Are the products suitable for children?

Our baby and children's products are made from natural food ingredients and are intended as part of a normal diet. Every child is different, so if your child has allergies, a medical condition, or is under one year old, please check with your paediatrician first. Always read the ingredients on the product page before giving anything to a child.

Do you take bulk or wholesale orders?

Yes. Message us on WhatsApp at 0324 3256603 with what you need and we will send you pricing.

Returns

What if something arrives damaged or wrong?

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the parcel and the product and we will replace it or refund you. Full details are in our Refund & Return Policy.
